We hope you had a beautiful Christmas, filled with joy, happiness and love. And of course lots of fantastic food, sparkly, wine and schnapps, many-many hours of sleep, exciting Christmas presents and everything else you planned to do during the Christmas holiday weekend. As for us here in Denmark, here is a snapshot of some of the wonderful things we did, saw, ate, baked and generally enjoyed very much (yes, especially all the Christmas presents). Recipes for the homemade focaccia (divine) and danish 'kokostoppe' - coconut pyramid cookies, will follow later this week. Hopefully you don't have to go to work today either - enjoy one more Christmas day !
